Baked Brussel Sprouts


  • Brussel Sprouts (1/2 bag)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Balsamic Glaze

Brussel Sprouts used to only be a Christmas tradition but now we enjoy them all year round.

Ready In:30 min


  1. Trim brussel sprouts and cut into halves placing them in a large strainer.
  2. Coat the brussel sprouts in olive oil.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover in balsamic glaze.
  5. Hand mix the ingredients until equally coated throughout.
  6. Place into deep pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  7. Once they are soft they are ready to enjoy.


There are no measurements because it varies to your taste and the amount that you bake.
