Baked Brussel Sprouts

Brussel Sprouts used to only be a Christmas tradition but now we enjoy them all year round.

Directions
- Trim brussel sprouts and cut into halves placing them in a large strainer.
- Coat the brussel sprouts in olive oil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover in balsamic glaze.
- Hand mix the ingredients until equally coated throughout.
- Place into deep pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
- Once they are soft they are ready to enjoy.
