Banana Muffins
Ingredients
- 4 whole bananas (mashed)
- 1 1/4 cups oats
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 whole egg
- 1/3 cup butter

Directions
- Combine rolled oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- In separate bowl, mix the egg, banana, and butter.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. If using convect bake check after 18 minutes.
Notes
May replace white flour with 1 cup whole wheat flour.
