- Plug in waffle iron.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, oil and egg yolks in a medium bowl.
- Whip egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff.
- Fold egg whites into batter.
- Pour into center of waffle maker. Ready when light turns green.
You must use a waffle iron in order for the recipe to work properly.
