Blackberry Pie Filling


  • 4 cups berries
  • 2/3 – 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour

Servings:1 pie


  1. Mix the ingredients gently until well blended.
  2. Let stand for 15 minutes
  3. Put in the pie plate, cover with top pie shell and cut strips to allow berries to breathe.
  4. Cook at 450 for 10 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to 350 and cook for 40 minutes.
