Bobbie’s Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 cloves garlic

These tasty chicken wings must be started at least one day in advance but are well worth the wait. They have lots of flavour and are an easy appetizer or dinner.

Directions
- In large freezer ziplock bag mix all the ingredients (except the chicken)
- Place in freezer or refrigerate overnight or up to 48 hrs.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place chicken on pan coated with tin foil.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
