Chai Tea
Ingredients
- 1 pot of water
- 2 tea bags
- 6-7 whole green cardamon seeds
- 2-3 whole black cardamon seeds
- 2 whole cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp cloves (whole)
- 1 cup milk
- sugar (to taste)

A spicy hot beverage which is relaxing after a long day. Almost a nightly ritual in our house. This recipe has been adapted over time to suit our taste and measuring is not often done. We usually go by our mood.

Directions
- In a large pot, mix water, spices, and tea. Bring to a boil.
- Add milk.
- Boil 5 minutes.
