French Silk Chocolate
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 litres milk

Directions
- In small saucepan, on low heat, combine chocolate chips, syrup, water, and vanilla. Heat, stirring often until smooth and all chocolate is melted.
- Refrigerate until cold.
- In medium bowl, beat whipping cream until beginning to thicken. Add chocolate mixture gradually while continuing to beat. Beat until it mounds. Chill.
- Heat milk in saucepan. Pour into mug. Add chocolate mixture to taste. 1 c usually equals about 4 heaping tbsp.
Notes
I haven't tried this recipe in a long time. I don't know how accurate the timing is.
