Pie Crust
Ingredients
- 1 lb tenderflake
- 5 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt (optional)
- 3 tsp brown sugar (packed)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp vinegar

Directions
- In a large bowl, using a pastry tool, mix lard, flour, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar.
- In a measuring cup, beat egg and vinegar. Add water to make 3/4 c.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix.
- When rolling dough, place lots of flour on surface and rolling pin.
