Rhubarb Crisp
Ingredients
- 6 cups rhubarb (cut up)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/3 tbsp flour (heaping)
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (packed)
- 3/4 cup butter (melted)

Directions
- Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a bowl by hand or spoon.
- Put the mixture into a greased 9×13 glass pan and pour water over.
- Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and butter and spread over top.
- Bake as directed and test with a fork to make sure it is soft.
