Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients

  • 6 cups rhubarb (cut up)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 tbsp flour (heaping)
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (packed)
  • 3/4 cup butter (melted)

Preheat:350 ° F
Prep Time:20 min
Cook Time:30-40 min
Ready In:50 min
Servings:1 pan

Directions

  1. Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a bowl by hand or spoon.
  2. Put the mixture into a greased 9×13 glass pan and pour water over.
  3. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and butter and spread over top.
  4. Bake as directed and test with a fork to make sure it is soft.
