Turkey Stuffing
Ingredients
- 12 cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 4 tsp sage
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 cups melted butter

Directions
- Add parsley and seasoning to bread crumbs. Toss lightly. (Add water if using store bought crumbs).
- Cook celery & onions in butter until tender. Pour over bread crumbs & mix together. Dressing must be moist & able to stick together if you make it in a ball.
- Stuff the turkey both ends and sew up with skewers. Place in pan with wings trussed up and legs tied together. Spray with Pam. Cover with cotton or linen cloth and spray outside of cloth with Pam also.
- Cook at 400 for 30 min then turn oven down to 325. Cook for 15 min/lb or until meat thermometer reads 170. Take out of oven and let stand for 30min.
