Yogurt Scones
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup yogurt

Yummy scones that are easy to make and a breakfast favourite in the Glaude family. They are great with jam and can be toasted the next day.

Directions
- Beat butter and sugar.
- Add yogurt.
- Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda to yogurt mixture.
- Form a ball, then divide into 3 pieces.
- Roll out onto floured surface, approximately 1″ thickness and cut with cookie cutter.
- Place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 425 for 12-14 minutes.
Notes
If making for dinner you could reduce sugar to 1 tbsp. Use flavoured yogurt for an added flavour.
