Out at the lake. It is 29 degrees and gorgeous. We were out in the boat pulling the boys on the tube. I was not wearing a hat or sun glasses but there was a nice breeze. I was up front watching the tubers. I suddenly felt unstable it it became more difficult to hold myself in place. I felt my arms weakening and I was bouncing around more than I should have. I laid down on the seat to wait for it to pass but we went over a big wave and I fell off my seat and into the back. I can already feel a bruise on my hip and my elbow. I couldn\u2019t move for about a minute. Once I could move I sat back up but they dropped me off at the dock and told me to get out of the sun. Still 15 minutes later I feel a bit light headed and kind of like Gumby\u2026 not totally in control of my body. Not sure how much is from the sun, the fall, or the episode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
