Homemade Bailey’s

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 500mL 18% cream
  • 3/4 cup Rye (Crown Royal)
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup

This is a recipe that is sure to please....and save you money. We use Crown Royal Canadian whiskey but you can also use Irish whisky. You can make a litre of bailey's for under $10! Watch out, it is deadly and addictive.

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend briefly until well mixed.
  2. Enjoy!

Notes

Store in the fridge. The blending is to get the alcohol into the cream to help preserve it. You may want to give it a little shake prior to serving.
