Microwave Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1 cup milk
  • mini marshmallows (optional)

This is a favourite and simple hot cocoa ready in minutes and heated in the microwave.

Directions

  1. Mix sugar and cocoa.
  2. Add enough milk to make a paste and stir.
  3. Add remaining milk and stir.
  4. Microwave for 1 minute on high then stir. Heat longer if needed.
  5. Stir and add whipped cream or mini marshmallows if desired.
  6. Enjoy!
