Chocolate Waffle Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs (beaten)
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Servings:10-12 waffles

Directions

  1. Melt butter and cocoa on low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. In separate bowl, combine and mix remaining ingredients (flour, sugar, eggs, and vanilla).
  3. Add cocoa mixture to ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour into center of waffle maker. Ready when light turns green.

Notes

Requires a waffle iron.
