Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water (optional)
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • lots of Italian seasoning
  • 500 ml cottage cheese
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 1 block mozzarella cheese

A simple lasagna recipe that has been my favourite for as long as I can remember.


Preheat:375 ° F
Prep Time:45 min
Cook Time:30 min
Ready In:1 hr 45 min
Servings:1 pan

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Brown the meat.
  3. Add tomato soup, water, vinegar, garlic, onion, and spices of choice. You may add tomato paste to thicken sauce.
  4. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. In lasagna pan, prepare layers: mozzarella, noodles, meat, noodles, cottage cheese, noodles, meat, mozzarella.
  6. Bake lasagna for 30 minutes.
  7. Let stand for 30 minutes before eating.
