Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1/2 can water (optional)
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 small onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- lots of Italian seasoning
- 500 ml cottage cheese
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 1 block mozzarella cheese

A simple lasagna recipe that has been my favourite for as long as I can remember.

| Servings: | 1 pan |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Brown the meat.
- Add tomato soup, water, vinegar, garlic, onion, and spices of choice. You may add tomato paste to thicken sauce.
- Let simmer for 30 minutes.
- In lasagna pan, prepare layers: mozzarella, noodles, meat, noodles, cottage cheese, noodles, meat, mozzarella.
- Bake lasagna for 30 minutes.
- Let stand for 30 minutes before eating.
