Marshmallow Squares

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 12 oz butterscotch chippits (300g)
  • 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 4 c marshmallow-minis

These scrumptious bars were a hit at a reunion. They are sweet and chewy and a favourite.

Directions

  1. Place pot on stove and turn on low heat.
  2. Melt butter, chippits, and peanut butter.
  3. Remove from heat to cool a few minutes.
  4. Add marshmallows and mix thoroughly.
  5. Place in 9×9 greased pan.
  6. Refrigerate.
