Pancakes – No sugar

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup milk

The pancakes are thick and have quite a bit of substance. They are best when blueberries are added.

Directions

  1. Mix wet ingredients (milk, egg, and vanilla).
  2. Add all dry ingredients alternating (flour, baking powder, flour).
  3. Cook on low-medium heat until bubbles appear, then flip and wait till brown on the bottom.
