Pancakes – No sugar

The pancakes are thick and have quite a bit of substance. They are best when blueberries are added.

Directions
- Mix wet ingredients (milk, egg, and vanilla).
- Add all dry ingredients alternating (flour, baking powder, flour).
- Cook on low-medium heat until bubbles appear, then flip and wait till brown on the bottom.
