Turkey Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce (non sweetened)
  • 2 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp cumin

A modified version of Grandpa Craik's turkey patties. These are a healthy breakfast and full of protein. A favourite in our family.

Directions

  1. Mix spices together in a bowl.
  2. Mix applesauce and turkey.
  3. Mix spices with meat.
  4. Fry on medium heat until cooked.
