Ingredients
- 2 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup apple sauce (non sweetened)
- 2 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sage
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp cumin

Directions
- Mix spices together in a bowl.
- Mix applesauce and turkey.
- Mix spices with meat.
- Fry on medium heat until cooked.
